BOOTCAMP
Our bootcamp is all about improving your strength and endurance. Your instructor will guide you through energizing circuits using weights + resistance bands designed to deliver a full body workout!
SPIN AND PUMP
Want to groove to the music on and off the bike? Come try a spin and pump class. You'll have 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of mat exercices with light weight equipment following the beat of the MUSIC!

Ready for a NEW challenge? Join us for a 60 minutes class combining Spin & High Intensity Intervals all into one!
This class will we both on and off the bike. Exercices on yoga mat will focus on strength, core and glutes. ​
